How To Measure Your Glasses
If you already own a pair of glasses and they suit you, the best bet is to use the measurements already listed on them to guide you in the right direction for your next pair. It doesn't matter if they are your current prescription pair, a set of sunglasses, or even your friend’s glasses (if you do not have your own yet), and get the sizing from there.
Most adult men would find frame arms fit between 140-145mm, whereas most adult women would find frame arms fit between 135-140mm.
